As Christine from the original core series put it: "It's like eating your veggies". And that's the best analogy I've ever heard for core work. For a lot of us, it's not something we necessarily WANT to do but we know we NEED to do. The Core Series is a super in-depth 8(+) hour series working solely on finding, activating and strengthening a truly dynamic core that will support you in every movement, activity and waking hour of your day. You'll learn SO much about your body in this series. I explain the why's of everything so that you're not left mindlessly following instructions but growing your own awareness and understanding of your own body. We had a lot more fun during this series than I ever thought we would've. This was a huge tick off my to-do list in terms of creating something that helped people.
