It's incredible how quickly the body responds when we work WITH it as opposed to against it. My classes use a gentle (yet surprisingly effective) approach to learning how to maintain (a pain-free body) and listen to your body to give it what it needs to be strong and flexible.
All the poise and grace plus the insanely effective strengthening of the whole body but especially the feet and ankles. The ballet dream growing up except you're not being yelled at. Overall body love. Feel flexxy and relaxed like a noodle, but strong. Focusing on dynamic (and real!) core strength which truly supports the body.
